Situated in Glasgow Business Park, The Heavy Horse metal sculpture designed by Andy Scott overlooks the M8 and at 14ft tall, can be seen from miles in the distance.

 

Birtley Galvanizing had the privilege to galvanise the wirework sculpture of a Clydesdale horse, which has become the symbol of the Baillieston business park.

 

"It was an honour to be a part of such an iconic project. Andy's work is well known by all and to be a part of one of his latest projects was a real honour. To date, it has been one of the most intricate projects we've come across, but one our highly skilled galvanizing team took on board with precision and the end result looked fantastic."
