Honourable sculpture set up in 'Big Fellas' memory.

It was great to see the unveiling of Ray Lonsdales new artwork “Big Fella” featured on Look North.

 

We were privileged to be asked to galvanize the giant sculpture bench, produced by Durham artist Ray Lonsdale which was unveiled on Silloth Green, Cumbria.

 

The sculpture was erected in memory of Silloth man Peter Richardson, who passed away in 2017 aged 72. The work of art - named “Big Fella”, encapsulates a man and his dog taking in the beautiful sea views and shielding his eyes from the sun.

 

"We have worked with Ray in recent years and we were thrilled to be asked to galvanize part of the 'Big Fella's' artwork and for such an honourable accolade. The sculpture is an eye-catching piece of art and can be enjoyed by tourists and local residents for many years to come."
